JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinator, and project instructors for successful implementation and daily maintenance of the 21st Community Learning Center program activities. Assist in planning and implementing instructional activities for the Richmond County Board of Education (RCBOE) 21st Century Community Learning Centers After School Program. Assistant in the collection of After School Data and assist with data analysis, to ascertain the quality and success of After-school program implementation. Assist in providing positive impact on youth development and youth engagement in academics and social arenas. Work with classroom teachers in an effort to provide individualization of students by assisting with individual tutoring and mentoring. Assist in communication with parental components through phone contacts and distributing publications. Assist 21st CCLC office staff with daily clerical tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be classified as a college sophomore or higher; enjoy working with children; able to participate in physical activities; must have basic computer skills; must have good mathematical skills for data collection; be knowledgeable about community service; data analysis training a plus but not required; typing skills a plus but not required; excellent organization and communication skills; must have dependable and reliable transportation
